<li>Items are available for pick-up no earlier than Wednesday the 13th of April, 2011</li>
<li>Items must be paid for in cash, check, or credit card.</li>
<li>In the case of a dispute, The Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce is the final arbiter on determining the winning bidder</li>
